Meet Damon Hudson

I’m a proud New Mexican who recognize the profound impact injuries after an accident can have on individuals and their families. Growing up here, I’ve dedicated my career to advocating for my clients’ rights and helping them navigate some of the toughest moments in their lives. I bring both compassion and strategy to every case I handle across New Mexico.

I originally started out as a defense attorney, before I realized that I wanted to help people, not corporations. I saw the deck was stacked up against injured people, and I wanted to help them fight back after someone else injured them.

I love my job because I get to help people take back control after the sense of chaos that comes with an injury, and work to get back to their lives. Its incredibly rewarding to stand with my clients, and fight for the justice they deserve, and help them to move forward. I’ve punched well above my weight in my time in practice, and I think the reason is because I start first with care for my clients. Your recovery is more than just a case file. It's your life. And I take that seriously.

Our Promises To You

When you work with us, you're not just another case—you’re a person who deserves respect, answers, and real advocacy.

  • At Hudson Injury Law, we recognize each case is different, but know that in order to best resolve your case, you need our full effort. We promise to give you that.

  • We will find every available pool of money to get you after you are injured. This requires that we search for all available funds from the Defendant to find you every dime you are due. You can expect that!

  • We know that cases can change, new information comes out, and sometimes the present facts in a case can change. We will inform you of those changes, good or bad, and promise to be honest with you about what next steps in your case look like.

  • We hope you do not need a personal injury attorney again, but while you are with us, we want to make this as easy as possible.

  • Sometimes clients come to us and their insurance has already given them some lowball offer, if we cannot increase that offer, we will not take a fee.

  • These cases take time, but as that happens we will stay in contact with you and check in at least once a month. Sometimes factors outside our control prevent things from moving on quicker, but we will let you know. If you want an update sooner, please reach out and we can set up a time to talk!
